What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Yoco, and PayFast.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at TidyNook@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed, but we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over R500. Standard shipping rates apply below that and are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered via Aramex and typically arrive within 8-11 business days of dispatch.

Do you ship throughout South Africa?
Yes, nationwide via Aramex.

Can I track my order?
Yes - once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to return an item for any reason (change of mind), as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if my item is faulty?
All products come with an implied 6-month warranty. If something's defective, we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 15 business days.

How do I care for my TidyNook product?
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid submerging in water. Store in a cool, dry place.
